Each dish is crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, many grown in their on-site gardens for an authentic farm-to-table experience. Stand-out dishes that showcase Italy's regional cuisine through Mediterranean cuisine include the pappardelle alla tasso, made with their signature bolognese sauce, and the whitefish piccata.
